The SSFA-GPHR information source
is a resource for Sequence- Structure- and Function- Analysis on a subgroup of G-protein-coupled receptors, the Glycoprotein Hormone Receptors (GPHR).
Data from studies on naturally occurring mutations and site-directed mutations are linked with 3D structures/structural models of these proteins.
The goal is to obtain new molecular insights into function and pathogenic malfunction of these pivotal proteins that are relevant in the thyroid and gonadotroph.
